Log into your Feuille Luxury account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and original tags are included.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a complimentary courier pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
